My contribution
Built email filtering, separate PDF/text processing paths, structured field extraction, metadata logging and duplicate checks before writing to Google Sheets.

Engineering decisions
Used message identifiers for deduplication, handled image-based PDFs through a parsing path and kept missing values blank instead of inventing them.
